Who is nutrition coaching for?

There are so many reasons why at different stages in your life having nutrition support would benefit you. Nutrition is nuanced and it’s often hard to make progress from generic advice. Here are some of the reasons why people have come to coaching; those wanting to:

Stand-alone nutrition consultations are available, however, change takes time and a minimum of 12 weeks commitment is required for my coaching package.

12 week coaching

1-2-1 Coaching as described above. A focused coaching period to help you achieve your goals whilst promoting multi-faceted health. We will unpick barriers that may be holding you back, think about your relationship with food and empower you to make your own decisions that align with your values.

NUtrition health ‘MOT’

See it as a comprehensive check up. A comprehensive initial consultation (90-120min, time to get to know you!) with a stand-alone follow up session.

Follow on coaching

For some the 12 weeks are enough, others prefer on-going sessions after the initial block. There is flexibility as to how often we meet to suit your schedule.
